With an aim of enhancing team performance through experiential learning,  Sanjivani College of Engineering, Department of MBA organized an Outbound Training Programme on December 16^th, 2021 & December 17^th 2021  for the MBA Students. The Outbound training programme was organized at GP Farms, 107 kms from Sanjivani Group of Institutes

The objective of the programme is to

• To understand the individual and team behaviours, and make the students experience the relevant aspects of intra-personal and interpersonal management.

• To bring an improvement in the areas of teamwork, team bonding, communication, leadership, time management, problem-solving, decision making, Motivation, change and personal development.

88 Students and 7 Staff Members from the institute participated in the training programme organized by Sanjivani MBA under the leadership of Hon. Amit Kolhe Sir. The Bus from the institute started at 8.00 am and reached the GP Farms at 12.00 am in the morning. After a light breakfast, the students were briefed about the dos and don’ts of the Outbound Program. The course facilitated experiences through activities and games to get a practical insight to individual behaviour and group dynamics. The purpose was to reflect upon desired responses and experiment with them in real-time situations and further reflect on what to expect from future experiences. The students were divided into 8 teams and each team was allotted a group leader.

SAMBA (Sanjivani MBA Students Association)

This association was established in the year 2010. Various curricular and extracurricular activities are conducted under the banner of SAMBA.

Every year various competitions are organized under the banner of Sanjivani Trophy. The objective of Sanjivani trophy is Employability Skill Enhancement of Sanjivani MBA students through series of Competitions.  The methodology for conduction of series of Competitions by dividing MBA-I Class amongst Five (05) Houses under the banner “Sanjivani Trophy”.

Professional activities-SAMBA

The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) is a professional association for human resource management professionals. It is headquartered in Kolkata, India. The organization was founded in 1980 and has about 11,000 members spread over 49 chapters all over the country. NIPM is a non-profit making body devoted to the development of skill and expertise of the professionals engaged in the management of human resources through regular lectures, meetings, seminars, training courses, conferences and publications in its chapters all over the country. Sanjivani COE, Department of MBA has formed student chapter under NIPM in the month of September 2018.
